Open the PS3 browser, press triangle, and look under 'Tools'. It was made by and you need to check some browser settings. It seems to be the most popular of the three. The Alternative installer adds an icon in the Network column that will download and install the full HEN pkg. Once HEN is running, they will download the full HEN pkg and install it. The HEN Auto and Official installers will download the HEN payload and enable it. (All three installers are mirrored on my Guthub site at in case the official site is down.) They are the 'HEN Auto', 'Official' and 'Alternate' installer.
